Jane offers Pilates classes in Chester including Beginners’ Pilates, Improvers’ Pilates and Intermediate Pilates as well as small group and individual Pilates sessions.

Pilates is a slow, controlled, flowing exercise which allows you to become aware of your body and breath, using quality of movement to produce an effective work out and is suitable for all.

Pilates can:

Increase core strength

Mobilise joints especially the spine

Tone & strengthen the whole body

Stretch & lengthen muscles to increase flexibility

Improves body awareness & control

Improves balance

Relaxes the mind

Enhances mood & feeling of well-being

Beginners’ Pilates is a specially tailored low impact class which promotes flexibility, core strength and stability and improves functional movement.
