Jane offers Pilates classes in Chester including Beginners’ Pilates, Improvers’ Pilates and Intermediate Pilates as well as small group and individual Pilates sessions.
Pilates is a slow, controlled, flowing exercise which allows you to become aware of your body and breath, using quality of movement to produce an effective work out and is suitable for all.
