HIIT is a cardiovascular workout with rounds of work and rest intervals which combine higher intensity exercises to boost your stamina with core exercise to enhance your core strength. Classes currently online.

Are you nervous or embarrassed of joining a fitness class for the first time as you don't think you're fit enough?
Balancing effective but appropriately challenging exercises, whilst keeping the content interesting,can be difficult.
Why not try our online Low Impact Interval Training cardio class?
We use little or no equipment in our sessions and both modifications and progressions are offered to ensure you work at a level that you are comfortable with, whatever you are trying to achieve. The class provides enough of a challenge to gain the benefits of aerobic and strength exercises to improve your fitness, tone & strength without any high impact movements.
