Jane offers Pilates classes in Chester including Beginners’ Pilates, Improvers’ Pilates and Intermediate Pilates as well as small group and individual Pialtes sessions.
Pilates is known to work & tone the whole body: correcting posture; mobilising the joints in particular the spine and strengthening the vital ‘core’ muscles. It strengthens, stretches & lengthens the muscles thereby improving flexibility. It restores physical vitality whilst also relaxing the mind. Ultimately it gives you complete control your own body.
Pilates is a slow, controlled, flowing exercise which allows you to become aware of your body and breath, using quality of movement to produce an effective work out and is suitable for all.
Beginners’ Pilates is a specially tailored low impact class which promotes flexibility, core strength and stability and improves functional movement.
