At the beginning of this year I was suffering with joint pains and had also developed a "frozen shoulder". I went along to Jane for a "deep massage" and advice. Jane was brilliant, the massage really helped the tension that had built up and relaxed me, she has given me some sound advice on how to help myself.  I also attend her Pilates class on a Friday morning which I absolutely love, find incredibly relaxing (she usually has to wake me up at the end) and I also feel very well cared for.

"Having put on 1/2 stone over the summer, I joined Jane's circuit classes in September 2010. After two months, combined with healthy eating and regular exercise I lost 10lbs.  I have to say its a brilliant workout, with the great short stints of different exercises which target all areas of the body where you can really work up a good sweat, and get your heart rate going. It has become a part of my life and I actually enjoy it and look forward to going, unlike the gym.  Some days are tougher than others, but I always tell myself 'no pain, no gain'!!"
