Circuit training in Chester

Mii Time circuit training classes for ladies are a great means of improving your fitness. Numbers are limited to give participants as much attention as possible.

Circuit training is an fantastic way of improving stamina, tone, mobility and strength producing an all-over body work-out. Circuit training comprises a series of different exercises, combining free exercises with those using equipment. Each exercise is performed for a specified number of repetitions or for a set time before moving on to the next exercise. Every third week is a bums and tums class: working more specific muscles and with a great emphasis on tone.

Circuit training encourages participants to work within their own capabilities and each individual is encouraged to work to their potential.
